According to Florida Weekly, the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2014 Parade of Homes is expected to showcase seven designer-decorated model homes at Talis Park. Talis Park is a development by Kitson and Partners. The homes, which will be available for viewing March 7-9 and 14-16, were built by multiple construction companies, including Distinctive Communities and Fox Custom Builders. Talis Park is comprised of a variety of home types, including condos, estate homes, and villas.
The Parade of Homes goes through multiple residential areas. There will be two homes in the Brightling neighborhood, in which base prices begin at $1.1 million. Sunwest’s Santa Barbara model will doubtless be a highlight, with contemporary design provided by local interior designer Glenn Midnet. A home by Fox Custom Builders will also be on display.
Luxury New Homes in Fairgrove
Two homes in the Fairgrove neighborhood, where prices begin at $1.2 million, will also be featured. Many are excited to see La Villa Sul Verde by Iron Star Luxury Homes, which features a double island kitchen, three car garage, and attractive outdoor details including a negative-edge spa and an open-air cabana complete with fireplace.

Priced at a more moderate $900,000, the models on display in Talis Park’s Il Corso village highlight the area’s unique combination of village ambiance and family living. Ficarra Design Associates has two homes on display here, one being the 3,478 square feet Deana. The Deana has custom touches that make it stand out in the lineup, such as a two-car garage featuring golf cart storage, and a stepping stone path that leads over the outdoor pool.
Luxury Modern Homes in Pistoia
Finally, two luxury villas in the Pistoia neighborhood offer a look into what it’s like for homeowners who live next to a nature preserve on one side, and enjoy water and golf views from their back porches. People making the rounds through these homes will likely appreciate La Flora’s three bedroom layout, complete with open island kitchen and wet bar.
